Complaint / review text:
I went to pick my children up lunch and ordered chicken nuggets for my 10 year old daughter and double cheesburgers for my son. We came home i gave them thier food, my daughter came to me and said her nuggets tasted funny, I looked at them and they were raw inside, she had already eaten 2 of them. My son came to me and his burger was made wrong, I had asked for no onion and no pickle, it was on the bill, they put everything on it.
This is NOT the first time they had gotten the order wrong, everytime I go their something is wrong. I should'nt have to check the bag everytime I go through, my children are on thier lunch break and I can't just jump in the car and run back. When I do go all I get is a, I'm sorry and dirty looks, there is no, heres a free burger or anything. The mcdonalds Resturaunt in Selkirk, Manitoba is the WORST one I have ever dealt with, it is unfortunate that my kids love it, otherwise i would not go back. Other people in my town all have the same complaint, they also get the same reaction when they go back.
I'm lucky my daughter didn't get sick from the raw chicken. I wish this resturaunt cared more about thier customer satisfaction, they place that check mark on the bag but it seems to mean NOTHING to them just another sticker. I may be wasting my time writing this letter but I feel i need to say something for myself and everyone else in our town who has had to deal with this Mcdonalds. This is the only Mcdonalds in this town, the next closest is 20km away, so the people here have no choice. The children love it, but they don't understand what the parents have to deal with! I have left messages for the manager for the resturaunt before either by phone or in person and have not gotten a response so this is why I'm writing to you. Thank you
