I have a parcel that was sent to me on 23 December from Pretoria to Johannesburg. Till today, 31 December, I have not received my parcel. Surely a parcel from Pta to Jhb shouldn't take more than a week!!!
I've followed up, several times. Sometimes, more than twice a day and still no feedback. First the parcel went missing and the person at the call centre said to me that they don't know where the parcel is! How nice! The next day when I tracked the parcel, the parcel was all of a sudden sent out for delivery but returned because the consignee was not available. How convenient!!!
The lady I dealt with to track the parcel, kept on telling me to phone this person and then this person but with no luck! Almost feels like I work for SkyNet now.
Don't use this courier company! The service is non-existant!
