I ordered tickets for Monster Jam from this site but I thought I was buying directly from the ticket box office. I bought my e-tickets in late September 2014 for an event on January 3,2015. I received an email that I purchased the tickets but after weeks of not receiving an email with the tickets to print out I called and emailed Ticketbenz leaving my question, name and order number. I never heard a response and only talked to an answering machine and never got an emailed response. I eventually purchased more tickets through box office and received the actual tickets in the mail within a week. I continued to call Ticketbenz and finally the same guy on the answering machine told me that the original tickets were supposed to be etickets but are now paper tickets and would be mailed. (I could at least give these tickets to friends.) I never heard from them again and after looking them up and seeing the complaints I realized that I could just give up on it. Oh!!! But to my surprise... The guy on the answering machine (Amon) called me the night of the event as I was loading the kids to go to Monster Jam to let me know that my tickets were ready to be picked up and they were on the way to NRG Stadium. What an idiot! Ticketbenz is the worst company out there. This is the first complaint I have ever posted. I just hope that I can prevent someone else from having to buy twice the amount if tickets to ensure that their kids aren't disappointed!!!
