I bought a 2014 clio, by? 5000 it already had a fault, fine reported it, and they came and took for repairs, it took them the whole week before I could get it back, I had no car, in that period. Now it has another fault, the audio its dead can't listen to music or navigate, I contacted the dealership where I bought they told me to contact Renault SA, I did and they said I should contactact the dealership in Nelspruit where I bought the car or the nearest dealership, the nearest dealership is 216 km from where I live and at times I have to travel upto. 700km with a mute car, how horrible. My problem is what will happen to the car next? I didn't buy a brand new car for it to taken in for repairs always! Idisappointed I don't think I'll advice anyone to get a renault vehicle, and oh my sister wanted to get a duster, but she now decided otherwise. Its true what they say about Renault vehicle.
