A year or so ago upon arriving at my post box in Menlyn Centre I discovered they moved my box due to renovations. Walked all the way only to discover they have given my box the wrong keys. One would expect them to supply the new keys without any cost to yourself but No such luck. Changed the keys at a cost of R90. Early in December I found my box was moved back to the old place and lo and behold the keys didn't work AGAIN!!! Upon arriving at Menlyn retails to ask for the new keys the lady at the desk was immediately aggressive and rude demanding R90 to change the keys or only if I supplied the old keys would they replace it free of charge. Lucky for me I had both keys and handed it over. I'm still waiting on my new keys and my post of course is backed up. Please tell me what to do since the post office call centre doesn't answer the phones and the SA Post office web site is down.
