They regularly slip extra incorrect charges into our cable bill. I have to watch my bill each month because up and randomly start charging for a modem rental (I've had Comcast for 15 years and always had my own modem. They will also try to add charges for digital adapters not used, etc. Additionally they regularly change programs, so we lose channels, but still pay the same price as when we had the extra channels. Their Internet in our area is pretty good, but the TV and billing service is awful (in my opinion).
