My company ordered and paid for 1 steel locker from JUST STEEL on the 8/12/2014
When the locker didn't arrive I called everyday I was told it will be delivered the next day. I finally spoke to a Mr Lingwood on the 19/12/2014 who said he is the owner, the staff is on leave and the scheduled date for delivery is the 5/01/2015 because the factory is closed. I called the whole week of the 5/01/2015, the phone was not answered.
The phone was answered on the 12/01/2015 and I was told that the factory is very busy, they don't know when they are going to deliver, and the can't get hold of the production manager to tell them when I will get my locker because he is busy in meetings. Nobody was available to speak to me except the receptionist. I sent an email and complained, the agent replied the best they can do is end January, I cancelled a week ago.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY, I just called now, management is too busy to speak to me, agent doesn't know when I will get my money. I insisted to speak to anyone who can tell me something SHE PUT THE PHONE ON THE SIDE WHILE I AM SPEAKING.
THEIR SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. 7 WEEKS FOR 1 LOCKER? Maybe we should open a case of.?
