Complaint / review text:
I ordered my son's text books through Wendy at Red Pepper Books. There were 6 e-books and 2 hard copy books. I had to call twice and send 3 emails before I eventually received the e-books on the 3rd day my son had already started school. The 2 hard copy books he needs urgently as they are starting to use the one this week. I have sent emails once again and tried to call. My emails get read but not answered. I call and it rings and then someone puts the phone down on me. I have tried sending an email to the customer complaint email they provide on the website and not even that has been read or answered. I must add that I have paid for these books well up front and still no one bothers to come back to you. I will be informing my son's school to stop referring them as a supplier as they don't deliver. I would like my money back as I am now forced to source the books from another supplier. This is ridiculous as it is my sons education they are messing with and embarrassing him and me for that matter.
