Seriously, I don't know how Time Warner Cable is still in business. I pay over $140.00 a month here in Cincinnati, Ohio for Standard cable, home phone and "high speed" internet and I am very unhappy with my services. My internet is very slow and is never the speed I am paying for. It will go down intermittently during the day and sometimes on weekends. It isn't reliable at all. My cable/tv picture is always freezing up or going out completely. It will occasionally pixelate to. Most of my non-HD channels are poor quality picture. I've had to replace my dvr box numerous times. My home phone is never very clear during calls. It if isn't one thing, it's another. I do not recommend them, you will have nothing but problems with their service. Try to call customer service, and you will get a foreigner who you can't understand and won't be able to help.
