I've been using CVS to fill prescriptions for several years now. I am a family of 5 and all of us take medications that need to be filled monthly. I constantly ran into problems each month trying to refill rx's particularly for my children. If I tried to fill or refill at the store, I would experience incompetent employees who lacked the proper information to fill the script. Sometimes I would even be given flat-out wrong information about filling or re-filling a script. If I tried to use the cvs.com website to refill a script, I ran into monthly issues there as well. Sometimes the website would say a script is ready for refill when it wasnt. Other times I would complete the refill process online, go to pick up the script at the scheduled time only to find out it was never filled. Pharmacists would give reasons as to why a script couldnt be filled but I would then go to another pharmacy only to have it filled without issue. I understand our family medication situation may not be typical, however they are very important nonetheless. Its hard enough getting to the various Dr.'s to get the prescriptions, I shouldnt have to go through all this nonsense just to fill them.
