Beware of membership renewals. When they sell you the membership they will tell you it's good for 12 months. But what they don't tell you is that if for instance you let it expire for 2 months (because maybe your broke and don't have the money to renew, plus to do bulk shopping), when you do renew, they keep the original member date on it. So in other words, you are being scammed for those 2 months and actually renewing for 10 months and not 12 because they don't update the renewal date. I hadn't noticed this (because I take the cashiers word for it, that it expires on such a date and usually renew there if I have the money). Well guess what, I found some receipts of my renewals and when I went there they mentioned their "system" and policy worked that way. WHAT!!! Where have you heard such a thing? And if that's their actual policy, shouldn't they mention that when you buy the membership to make an informed choice??? As rich as they are and trying to scam people out of a few months with the economy being the way it is! I will be calling headquarters about this because this doesn't make any sense. I want to ensure that this is in fact their policy and that it's not a store thing. And if such is the case, they will not have my business again. If this in fact is true, and it goes viral, a lot o people are going to be pretty mad. You don't play with people's intelligence like that.
