Complaint / review text:
This is my first time to buy an Acer laptop and make a complaint with this company. After using a few days, a key from my Acer laptop keyboard was suddenly pop out. Since I got the warranty, I was sending my Acer laptop for a repair and it took me more than 2 weeks. After they inform me that the repair was done, i am going to take back my Acer laptop. I realize that the problem was haven't solve yet and even getting more worst. Beside that, the attitude of the staff was not good at all. This is the way you serve your customer?
