Ordered parts at Ford parts and requested them to be delivered at my work place, On the 06/02/2015 received a call from Fanie that Abel (driver) will deliver my parts as promised, Fanie asked where will Abel deliver the parts told him Carlton centre next to Truworths instead Abel went to Jourbet and Commissioner he refused to come back he had some orders to deliver at east gate. He said he will call me as soon as he is done with the delivery he failed to call then I decided to call him because it was getting late. He said he is two minutes away I asked him to wait for me as there was load shedding and the lifts are taking long he just dropped the phone and went away. I then called back at his office told them what happened they said i must come and collect them. I decided to go there asking my friend to borrow me her car as it was a bit far, asked for Abel's manager they said he was not available and Abel has gone who it seemed as if Abel was not reprimanded by his superiors. Am very angry will never buy parts there they dont know how to treat their customers. Which means that the saying the customer is always right doesn't apply to them.
