I preordered Monster Hunter 4 Collector's edition back in Sept. 11 of 2014 and the game is set to release in Feb. 13 of 2015. When Feb. Came around, I check my Gamestop account and notice that my order history didn't show my pre-order. I decided to go to my local store and ask what is going on? They told me to call customer service because they can't find any information on it. I called customer service and have been on hold for more than an hour now and still now word from them. Also, my method of payment was paypal, so I have a paypal confirmation that I did put the order in.
UPDATE: After 1 hour 20 min of being on hold, I finally got to talk with a rep. Except, when I ask them to retrieve my account information, they told me they can't because is down. Biggest waste of my time. I will never pre-order from Gamestop again. This is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. To think I thought AT&T was bad.
