Complaint / review text:
I purchased a gadget on eBay on the 04 December 2014 from France, I was told the parcel was gonna be delivered within 14 Days, and it was delivered but it was a wrong parcel which was destined for another company in JHB. I called Dawning regarding the matter and they insisted that the parcel delivered to me was the correct one, it was up until i checked on the package and found the contact details of the original owner of the parcel in my position, when i called i discovered that the owner was in the position of my parcel. I called Dawn wing about the swapped parcels they apologized and made an arrangement to swap the parcels around, they came to my place a collected the parcel from me and the other parcel holder on 19th December 2014 and never came back with my parcel. When i called inquiring about the parcel i was told that the parcel was sent back to france since it was sent to the wrong destination and i asked about our arrangement to swap the parcels they said they will ask the sender in france to resend the parcel back to me but till today 09/02/2015 no response from Dawn wing.
