Purchased mattress around 12/12/2010. The mattress began showing breakdown with large dips and large hump in middle.
It looks uneven in every way. Contacted Mattress Firm and they state they do not handle Kingsdown any longer, therefore cannot handle warranty because Kingsdown does their own. Mattress Firm's response was "do what you have to do because we cannot help you".
This led to a whole other bad experience with Kingsdown with poor customer service, rudeness of staff, and reluctance to follow through with the appropriate warranty claims process. I feel we have been ripped off with price, quality, and now poor customer service.
