Complaint / review text:
I had noted a problem with rhino shield a couple of weeks ago. Today the painter showed up to complete the "touch-ups".
It appears that the RS people just handed him the stack of pix that the inspector took and told him to fix those areas. So he started with patching... Then advised me that a face board (eaves) was rotted. RH declined responsibility for that so I will be paying to have that replaced.
While discussing product properties with the painter let me know that Nothing should rub up against a wall.in my case i dragged a hose around a corner, pulled off a wasp nest allowed the back of my chair to rub on wall, hung a tool on the wall, all causing the paint to come off. This is in addition to the cracks that have resulted from putty shrinking and wood grain lifting.in MY OPINION.
RH is to let me know when they will try to fix problems next. I have also requested that Randy or some RH rep be the one to sign off on the work when it is done.
IT IS NOT FAIR TO PUT THE CONTRACTOR IN THE MIDDLE. I will log agai as the process continues
