Complaint / review text:
We were going to check a few different mattress stores. American Mattress was our 1st stop and we were impressed with the service and the mattress we chose.
Did not check out any other mattress stores. We found and bought the mattress we liked. We tried out several mattresses. We explained what type of mattress we were looking for, and the salesperson was very responsive to our needs.
We discussed pros and cons of mattresses in different stores and we were satisfied with staying with American Mattress instead of shopping and looking around at other mattress stores. We were in the store for 2 hours discussing what we were looking for and the pricing.
We have bought 2 other sets of mattresses years ago. We ended at being satisfied and we were previous customers.
