Repeatedly delayed delivery

My Serta Mattress was ordered from QVC with delivery date reported by HomeDirect to be May 4 by Spirit Delivery. It did not arrive on May 4 or May 5; truck returned to Richmond VA on May 6 with the mattress.
Next I was told by HomeDirect on May 17 by phone message it would be delivered on May 18 and SpiritDelivery would be calling to let me know the delivery hour. No confirmation came from SpiritDelivery, so I called today and was promised it would be delivered tomorrow, May 19. Will it really??? Tomorrow will be the 5th day I've had to stay home waiting for my delivery.
QVC should not be using these unreliable delivery services.
I will not be ordering anything from them again.
