I had taken an Online Survey from Xfinity (Comcast) and after survey was given a choice of products to try and "all we had to do" was pay for shipping. Approx 11 -12 days later i received the small package containing a. 5oz tube od AgeRenew Skin Care, accompanied only with a 3x5 card which said if i had questions to call them. I held off opening the product since i was not feeling well. Several days later i received an info email from one of my credit cards which reflected a billing of $89.00, from the AgeRenew Company. I contacted the company and was told that my card was charged because i had not called to cancel within the "14 day" trial period. Also that the 14 day trial period began the moment that i had ordered the product from the so-called "third party". I related that i had not had the product for the first 11 or 12 days of the "trial period" and that it seemed as if the consumer was being taken advantage of just to make sells. I was told that i could return product fro a refund however i would still have to pay for shipping and that i would outy the product i was due to receive for filling out the survey. I will never have any business with this company again. They have taken advantage and in my opinion cheated customers by starting a trial period before a person can start the trial.
