Where do I begin? We placed our order for cabinets in early April (around April 10th) with an expected delivery date of early May. We understand that the fulfillment center is across the country so 3 to 4 weeks was expected. On May 10th we placed a call to the store (since we did not hear anything) to get an update on when we could expect the cabinets to arrive since we had to update our contractor, counter top people ECT so we could plan the renovation. I was informed that the cabinets had not arrived and they could not give me an update since they do not have the ability to see if the order has been placed on a truck. How do they not know if an order shipped? I had to call the store weekly to see if the items had arrived. Finally on July 9th (almost 3 months to the day we ordered the cabinets) when I called the store for the 14th time I was told my cabinets have arrived. We elected to pay the additional delivery charge to have them sent to our house since we no longer had the time to pick them up at the store. They arrived the next morning. As per the instructions I inspected/assembled all of the cabinets with the exception of two of the items that arrived damaged so I called the store who told me I had to file a claim with the corporate office (my head is about to pop off at this point). I called on July 11th and spoke to a nice gentleman who was sorry for the inconvenience of receiving damaged items and replacements would be shipped out and arrive at my residence in the next 10 days. It is now August 6th and I have yet to receive the replacement items or an update from anyone at the company. I’m at my wits end with this company. Neither the store nor the corporate customer serve people can give me a straight answer on what is going on. The one part of the transaction they do great is taking your full payment up front! I will say the cabinets that arrived undamaged look great taking up space in my office but would look much better installed in the kitchen! We are hoping to complete our kitchen renovation prior to 2015; it is a little embarrassing when people ask how the new kitchen is when we have not event started! We finally received one of the two replacement cabinets 6 months after the initial order and it arrived broken! Again we called to have a replacement sent; it never arrived so I had to build a functioning cabinet from the pieces of the two broken ones we received. We also never received the second broken item they said was shipped to us! BUYER BEWARE, Avoid this company at all costs!!!
They also said they would compensate us with an additional 5% off the purchase price due to the issues but we never received that as well. When we called about this issue they kept saying it was being processed!!!
