2 months ago I picked my PS4 up off the stand it was on...

2 months ago I picked my PS4 up off the stand it was on, a piece on the top of the console slid off, causing the console to slip out of my hand. I immediatly sent it to be repaired. I waited almost a week and called Sony. They said it was considered "neglect" because I shouldn't have picked up the console the way I did. Sooo, they state the warranty won't cover repairs and I'll have to pay $160. I make the payment, and was told my console will be mailed back to me, repaired, within 7-10 business days.in the meantime, I call my card to make sure they received the payment off of the card only to find out that they took double the amount. I call them back. Sony said it would take 3-5 business days to put one of those payments back onto my card. A week later, I call Sony to ask where my money is and they stated that I should've recieved it, and my PS4 has been repaired and I'd get an email from fedex within 48hrs giving me a tracking number for my system. 2 weeks later, I recieved my money and STILL no email from fedex. I call Sony again today, only to be told that my console CAN NOT be repaired and will be sent back to me sometime next week.in the meantime, it will take them "a few weeks" to refund me my $160. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this matter. This is unacceptable and I dont understand how Sony has not been brought in for legal action after I've read through all of these reviews. I will NEVER purchase another Sony product. Ever
