I'll just like to say if you have your receipt and the 10 days aren't up yet you get all your money back just have to show the receipt. If you forget the receipt and you used your reward card to earn points you can show them that and they can see the date you bought the item and give you full exchange back as long as the 10 days aren't up yet. So remember it's their job to go by the rules. They are not responsible if your forget your receipt or card. They are gonna give you a price for in store credit and cash, if you don't like the price you have the option to tell them no I'll just keep the game. Also I would like to say you don't even need to bring your reward card to the store just give them your number or name and I. D so they know it's you and to see if you just bought the game and 10 days haven't been up. I hope this helped.
