Complaint / review text:
Went to my local Old Navy store to exchange some things I bought. They had never been used and still had the price tags on them, however I couldn't find my receipt. When I got there I explained the situation and was told I couldn't be given the tag price and had to be given the current price on the items. I figured ok my loss, I'll know better next time to hang on to the receipts for awhile. I was going exchange the things for other items but was told I couldn't do that either. I had to wait 10 plus days to be sent a credit in the mail. I'm mean really come on. I was more then annoyed. I had even gone shopping in the store prior going to the register to do the exchange. Must have had at least $100.00 worth of stuff or more to purchase on the counter, but after that I just said to her Oh well guess I won't be purchasing any of these items either. I took my receipt and walked out leaving all the stuff right there. I used to be a regular customer there, but not after this. Any other store would just issue you a credit or give you an even exchange. Get with it Old Navy. You just lost a customer.
