Bought a Samsung Clothes Washer on Dec 2011. Repaired control panel June 2014 then within a year same panel goes out again! Even Samsung tech said it was strange. I call Samsung to complain about their parts (they only warranty for 90 days) but it was an expensive part and the repair together cost me $315 each time, so now I am in the hole for $630. At this rate, I should have bought another clothes washer.
When I called Samsung offered me a refund on the machine, sent me a link to do the paper work. Then I get a second phone call that retracted their offer and after arguing with them the send me to Executive Customer Services which is a joke. They say they can't do anything since the machine is now working—I just wanted a refund on the part plus labor. They refused to escalate my complaint.
Buyer beware—with digital everything you should get extended warranty because things break down. A washer bought i 2011 should not break down in 2014 and again in 2015. My old washer lasted a lifetime.
Samsung, is dishonorable... They mislead me on the refund and won't take my issue on what would have been less cost to them. I will never buy samsung again. Neither should you.
