Purchased a samsung fridge from Masters at a very good price and after a few weeks it started making a really loud noise and over-freezing. The ice machince has never worked from day 1. Masters washed their hands of the problem and asked me to deal with Samsung directly. After getting someone out to look at it nothing got fixed and i was passed from one Samsung dealer to the next which was a waste of time. Samsung switchboard based in the PPhillipines is a joke and not worth calling but unfortantly you dont have any other options available. At the end of a long battle Samsung have won hands down and all they are willing to offer me is the price i paid for the fridge even though i am demanding a replacement fridge. They seem to forget that i benefitted from a special and also had to pay a fee to get the fridge delivered to my place. Not a great experience and i will not be buying a Samsung product again.
