Have sent this letter today... Dear Someone, Anyone,
After waiting for a call back about my compensation, I call your badly informative phone number this morning. And purely by chance, after pressing many buttons manged to get through to 'customer services'. Why isn't the button for customer services given out at the beginning? Why can't you give direct lines for the people I have to deal with? Why is there not a button for 'Customer Gauge'?
I was told that the person I wanted to talk to Laura Britton could not talk to me because, that old fall back 'the computers are down'. So I asked to be called back later, never was. And guess what, when I called back I was told that she had gone home!
I was then told that she was back tomorrow at 9 and was offered a call at 9, but then was told it would have to be at 10, just in case she wasn't there in time.
The reason I need to talk to someone, anyone is that my washing machine has developed the same fault, and now I want it replaced, as was promised asap.
