On October 2,2015, I called Sears for repair on my refrigerator. I purchased this fridge from Sears and have a protection agreement. Was given Friday, Oct 9th for appt. Called a second time to ask if anything sooner - I have no working fridge or freezer, still no sooner. Called the next day, got appt date of Oct 7th. Service tech arrives & says compressor needs replaced, gives me Oct 16th. But if part comes, call for sooner appt - part came Fri, Oct 9th. I called, no sooner appt. Another service tech came today. He installed new compressor. This tech was here for 7 HOURS!!! Tech says compressor bad, I think he broke it! Broke the part, called dryer 2 times! I will never buy another thing or warranty from Sears! I now have to wait until Oct 24th for the next appt. Sears customer service stinks and A&E service will come when they want, I guess! No fridge for 2 wks now & will be 3 wks next time. Totally ridiculous!!
