I had a hair appointment with your store in Paradise Valley Arizona today and at the last minute the store had the Stylist call me to cancel because the Manager of the store decided to send her home for no reason. The store confirmed my hair appointment yesterday and I took the time off work to come in for my appointment and at the last minute they call while I am driving to the store. This was very unproffessional for such a big company. Now I missed a whole day of work for the stupidity of the manager. I don't think I will every go to your store again to have my hair done and I am going to tell all my friends to do the same.
