Bosch customer service seems designed to frustrate and delay activity than to actually try to address actual issues. My high dollar dishwasher has failed inside of 120 days, will inside the one year period, but they are having difficulty in finding a repairman to help service. Plus they seem to roll calls over to a "after hours provider", during business hours and don't seem to have any management to for the escalation of issues. As customer service goes, a D - seem appropriate. And we haven't even got to the point of a repairman actually LOOKING at the machine.
