I don't even know where to begin. I was given a deal then AT&T didn't honor it. For over a year I have battled with your services and I always get off the phone (most times over an hour of my time wasted) feeling as if AT&T IS A SCAM COMPANY. Now I'm paying almost twice the price I was quoted. I look online to see an even better deal that basically the last salesperson I spoke with on the phone did NOT give me. I'm angry and upset because I have to keep talking to SALES PEOPLE trying to sell me bundle services I DO NO WANT, then get screwed on the internet services I do want.
I need to speak to someone in the company that cares, not another salesperson or manager of a salesperson. Retention Department is a joke as well. If not, it's time for me to just leave. DO NOT HAVE A SALESPERSON TO CALL ME WITH THE SAME AGGRAVATION!!!
