The ASUS staff member (Ricardo Forrester) who helped me did a good job. He was knowledgeable. I described my situation about my laptop, a replaced hard-drive, having installed windows 10 and it not being activated, and my discussion with Microsoft about how to resolve the issue which requires me to contact ASUS and get Windows 7 loaded again on the laptop, from where I can then do the free upgrade to Windows 10 (and it be activated). Ricardo said he knew what I was talking about, and he directed me to the website where I would have to BUY the product, and he offered me a discount code of 25%. He didn't hide that I had to BUY the product, and he offered me a discount code. And he was quick. Father God, please bless Ricardo, in Jesus' name, amen.
