I Went To The New Chevrolet Dealership To Take My Car In For Service. My Service Person Is Mark Norman. When I Went In This Morning He Spoke To Me Like I Was Nobody. Because I Had Recently Taken My Car There And Couldnt Afford The Cost Of Repair At That Time. He Was So Upset That I Didn't Keep My Appt. He Belittled Me To The Point That I Wanted To Cry.
