I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in August. When it arrived a small plastic part covering the hinge opening and the egg tray were broken. Three attempts to get top cap hinge cover, $1.89 part resulted in my recieving three complete hinge assemblies. After being frustrated by their "Executive" customer service center, I wrote a letter to Mr. Yoon-Woo Lee, Vice Chairman, Samsung Electronics America, Inc., 105 Challenger Rd Ste 1, Ridgefield Park, NJ, 07660
As of today I have not recieved the courtesy of a reply. Samsung customer service is useless. I will never purchase an appliance from them again.
