EasyJet??? Is a major crook and its going to cost them dearly. Reporters of disatisfaction with EasyJet on this site, seem in general to put it down to the total incompetence of the company, its management and staff. I am sure that in part they are not completely wrong, however I do believe that there is something much sinister and insulting at work.
I strongly believe that top management policy is deliberately designed to con the public out of its hard earned cash and deliberately not deliver the goods and services in return.
If this were another type of industry or business, I am pretty sure it would be called conspiracy to defraud, and there would be ample evidence to support a criminal complaint.
So, instead of individuals venting anger over incompetence, we should give EasyJet shareholders something to really get to grips with their top management, and destroy shareholders value, perhaps then the shareholders will fire management and get back to basics.
1) Very popular complaint, is simply the inability to get any refunds for none provision of service. To me this is fraud and obtaining money under false pretences, and every one who encounters this complaint should file a police report. Eventually the police will have to investigate and in the process, get into EasyJet head office files and paperwork and make life, pretty damned uncomfortable for management at the very least, and at the best, will reveal all the other scams these morons are foisting on the public.
2) We should all join together, with support from the Consumer Association, to take out a huge class action civil suit against EasyJet, in a deal with a major law firm on a no win no fee basis, suing the morons for every penny they have ripped out of us over the years indirectly and directly.
3) Concurrent with the above actions and probably the most immediate and hard impact, we should also hit the morons where it hurts, we should use the power of online communities (Twitter, Facebook, My Space etc etc) to boycott all EasyJet flights, and fly with any other airline but them. It wont take more than a few months to bring them to their knees, along with the pressure from our other actions.
4. They at Easyjet head office think we the public are soft, stupid, easily conned idiots to be taken advantage of. Its about time they learned that the public is out of patience, is not stupide, and demands its value for money.
Never ever, under any circumstance flying EasyJet again
