Complaint / review text:
I had a charge for $12.95 on my Embarq phone bill. I knew it wasn't mine, so I tried calling ILD several times but I was always on hold with music for several minutes. Gave up and called Embarq who said they were not responsible. I stated that I was not calling ILD again as I had gone on line and found NUMEROUS complaints about them.
Embarq finally reimbursed me after telling me they were not responsible but I read online that in Florida, they ARE responsible for third party billing.
