Complaint / review text:
My Xbox 360 crashed. I was playing a game and the whole system froze. I tried to restart the game but it would not turn on and then I got the blinking red light. The customer care rep told me to send the my Xbox back and they would fix it, for $135.00! Everything was fine until I did the last update that Microsoft sent out, then the next thing I know I have a very expensive book stopper.
I don't understand why I have to pay for shipping and handling and then $135.00 for a defective product that cost me $400.00 in the first place. It only worked for six months!
