Complaint / review text:
The first time my Facebook account was hacked and the password changed, my hotmail password was changed as well. I emailed Microsoft who emailed me back with questions regarding my account, in order to verify that I was the real owner. After that, I received another email with a link to create a new password.
(it's quite a concern to notice, by the way, that our email accounts and perhaps other of our information can be compromised through Facebook).
This time, my Facebook account has been hacked and simply disabled! Luckily for me this time - sort of speak - my hotmail password has not been changed. The "funny" thing is that my Facebook account, now disabled, has apparently been hacked by the same hacker: I recognize the email address which appears instead of mine when I try to log on. How can Facebook not be able to prevent the same hacker from striking back? The answer is, they simply don't bother to try. All they had to do is block that same email address: I'm almost certain this is feasible somehow.
But anyway. Has anyone ever received a reply from Facebook? I'm just wondering if they ever answer at all. Two weeks since my account was closed, and still no reply for me..
