Ebay is ridicules, I have given ebay chances through their constant rule changes etc.,
Sold an Item get this for. 99 cents buyer refused that's right refused to pay because it was listed as "parcel post shipping" and wanted me to insure the package at my expense! (framed picture)
buyer leaves negative feedback, as a seller your options are totally limited as far as feedback goes.
So I file an "unpaid claim item" and request for the buyers feedback to be removed. Ebay ruled in my favor and removed the feedback.
A week later I go to list an item and the negative feedback has been reverted and I have a lower rating, contact ebay via help pages (takes forever to find) explain the whole thing again, this happens 3 more times!
Still waiting for the "Feedback Team" to review all of this again! (4th time) 3 days now no response.
No wonder everyone is jumping ship, EBAY has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever and as stated is ridicules!
So I am just feed up with ebay closed my account.
