The worst service ever! I told my husband not to buy a phone from this company and he still bought it. He is in the Military and in training right now, I went online to pay his monthly service. After finding out i didnt know the pin number, i went for the Re-boost selection and send him some money through a gift. It said the phone was ready and the money came immediately into the account, so i called my husband and send him texts and it didnt work.
I thought something was wrong so i called customer care and they were asking for the pin. I asked what was the problem, why didnt my husband received the money and they wanted the pin. I told them it was the reboost gift option and that i didnt know the pin. I asked for a refund on the money and they gave me a number which she later told me they were gonna ask for the pin. This is stupid! Now my husband has no cellphone, I have no way on contacting him, and my money is just lying around with them.
