Dish sucks. During a period of unemployment I had to disconnect from Direct. They are NOT perfect and in comparing prices when I decided to reconnect I went with Dish. Dish makes Directv seem like angels. I am counting the days until my contract with Dish expires and then go groveling back to Direct and I tell absolutely everyone who asks to go Direct rather than Dish. They'd have saved a lot more money letting me out of my contract rather than lose the potential customers they did by leaving me so dissatisfied.
What I wonder is, why are they able to advertise they're first in customer satisfaction? I've been with both and it cannot possibly be so!!!
