I spent all day (10/07/10) trying to get the phone working with my newly purchased magicjack without success. It has been impossible to get any help from the company so far. The company emailed me twice to tell me I have been registered when I do not have the registration information, and to tell me that I have a volice mail which I can not access as I do not have a password. I tried responding to the two magicjack emails at "[email protected]" and "[email protected] Magicjack" only to be informed by the [email protected] Hotmail that "delivery to the receipient failed" as they do not have an email address. It seems there is just no way to contact magicjack there seems to beno contact address, nor a telephone contact for customer service for connection problems. There is a phone no. For billing which is ONLY for billing questions. So, I am stuck with a magicjack which is not providing the phone service it advertises.
