Complaint / review text:
This is the worst customers service for an online order I have ever experienced. Ordered Panasonic Blu-Ray player from their web site on 11/29/2010 for $145.75 including shipping and tax. Received confirmation email indicating shipping within one to three business days, but also indicating they expected to ship that same day. Confirmation indicated I would receive an email when product shipped.

Now it's 12/7 and (1) no product; (2) no email about shipping; (3) the phone number for order inquiries is alwasy busy; (4) the other phone number for customer service puts me through voice recognition hell and then I'm on hold forever with no one picking up; (5) links to verify order status on the web indicate a higher price than my verified order, with no details about what I ordered; (6) website links for order tracking ask me to re-enter order information and then take me back to the summary page with no information about order status; (7) ditto for link to "print an invoice"; (8) emails to customer service are not answered.
