I ordered a phone through Virgin Mobile and activated it and it didnt work real well in my area. I called and they sent me a RMA# and i returned it and they told me it would be 24 to 72 hours for my refund once the phone was received. I waited 6 days after it was received by them and when I called to check the status of my refund. They couldn't find it in their system so I was bounced around to 3 different people and the last one had me on hold 6 different times because she couldn't get her system to update. Well I was on the phone for 46 minutes and she finally said that she couldn't get her system to update and that she would put it up for a priority and that it would take up to 7 days to review and then my refund should be back on my credit card 24 to 72 hours after that. This company really sucks and would not recommend it to anyone, they really to to get people in there that you can understand and not speak broken English.
