I will NEVER travel Greyhound again. I bought a ticket for 1/2, but unfortunately wasn't able to travel until 1/3. When I went to print out my ticket on the 3rd it wouldn't allow me to. I called customer service, which said that I have to use the ticket on that day. I would have accepted this if for the past 5 years that i've traveled Greyhound, when I was unable to travel on the day of my ticket there has NEVER been a problem when I tried to use the ticket the next day.in addition to this fact, nowhere on the confirmation email does it state that you must use the ticket within that day. I couldn't understand why Greyhound would not reimburse me for my two tickets when this new policy was never made known to me either in the confirmation email sent to me after I purchased my ticket, and the fact that this contradicted prior actions of Greyound for the past 5 years. I will never use Greyhound again as a result of this incident. It was very disappointing.
