Complaint / review text:
I had two checking accounts with JP-Morgan Chase and they closed out my accounts without providing a reason. I was told by the bank that they did not not to provide a reason. I am a total loss as there are items pending and Chase has advised me that they will not honor the checks written even though there are funds in my account to cover them. I went to the branch and spoke with the Assistant Manager and he was unable to help me either. This seems so unfair as I don't know WHY my accounts are being closed. There are no NSFs'involved. Can anyone else explain what is happening?
