I have been reading these comments and as a agent I am shocked the replys from other agents. We are responsible for taking care of our policy holders - my clients DO NOT file claims or have to call customer service THEY CALL ME!!! I make a point of stressing this when I open a new account or service an existing account. These clients we want to assist, do not know what is needed to expidite claims and we should educate our selfs as to what Aflac needs in order to pay claims in a timly manner. Its easy to just write a policy but it takes a true professional to follow up and take care of our clients.
