XM Radio have gotten to big for their britches. They do not care about their loyal customers anymore. They seem to be more interested in marketing new customers. Well, I was a five year loyal customer until now. Since my radio was recently cut off from satellite service, I called to renew my subscription. To my surprise I was transferred from an English speaking customer rep to a barely English speaking customer rep. She told me my account was suspended and revoked, because I owed $20 for January because my credit card expired. I paid a full one year's subscription which ended this year. I was never notified. They were not suppose to renew my subscription w/o my authorization. I asked her transfer me to someone who could discuss this issue in better English. She thanked me for calling XM/Sirius and terminated my call since I was not happy. I will be disputing this charge.
