Started the services with sprint 4 months ago.
on one of the Samsung phones, screen and the microphone died.
Sprint advised Samsung will fix.
Samsung advised warranty is out.
Sprint sent paperwork that warranty is not out.
Sent the phone to Samsung for repairs.
1 month has past of trying to get my phone working.
Advised by Samsung that they are still working on the phone. Customer service for Technical support told me that they have fixed one issue and working on the other and to call them back in 2 days.
Called today and was told the same story.
My questions were answered as he read it from the brochure. Very rude, would not let me finish the sentence.
will never buy another samsung product again!
