I had my phone working good for 4 months, and when I went to add airtime, it took the card, then deactivated my phone.
So I call the PHILLIPINES via the 1800 number and I talked to roughly 20 people, all of which had poor english skills. And I heard the same lines over and over again.
I never got it to work, also, I just tried to call them. The current time over there is 12:38 pm, so they have no excuse why they would not be available.
For 2 weeks I have been without a phone and I am so disgusted I am making a youtube video about it and I am going to talk to the wal-mart regional director about it. Lastly, I WILL be contacting whoever runs this company and getting some answers.
